Greg Clothier

Managing Director

Greg Clothier has 40 years of managerial experience working within the mining, manufacturing, health and resource sectors.

Greg has previously been a Board Member of Global Maintenance Upper Spencer Gulf (GMUSG) for 18 years and the previous Chairman for the 12 years.

In his role as GMUSG Chairman, Greg has developed proactive alliances with State Governments, the Departments of Mining, Industry, Training, and Resource & Energy, providing him with a significant opportunity to understand and represent the needs of Industry members to access and participate in Government programs.

Greg has an in-depth knowledge of ISO standards, installs management systems across Australasia and conducts 60 company compliance audits annually.

Emil Obst

Business Manager

Emil has nearly 15 years of experience in construction and related industries.

After contributing to the growth and success of QHSE Management Systems for various organisations and having completed his MBA, he is now committed to improving other organisations.

His greatest strengths lie in his ability to build strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers and staff.

Peter Summers

Founder

Peter Summers is the original designer of the award-winning IQMS and SharePoint eCluster concept and has over 45 years of experience in business and system management as well as ISO compliance consulting.

Peter has implemented business and compliance systems in many industries, including Government medical laboratories, wine, defence, food safety (HACCP), supply chain and risk management to assist clients to improve productivity, profitability, and sustainability.

He has been a professional director for many companies both in Australia and New Zealand and is currently serving as the President and Chair of the Board of Cystic Fibrosis SA. Peter brings a deep and broad understanding of the design and implementation of compliance systems as Platform Advisor with IQMS Australasia.

Colin Gardner

Solutions Architect

Colin is a strong leader with extensive experience in managing high profile information and knowledge management projects as both a project manager and solution architect. Colin is a Microsoft SharePoint specialist with an outstanding academic record, strong technical background and a proven ability to deliver projects successfully.

Kerry Hazel

Chief Information Governance Officer

Kerry has over 25 years of information management experience across a variety of industries, both locally and abroad. Kerry is a Director of KKiT consultancy, a member of the State Records Council, an active Certified Information Professional (CIP) and Archives, Records and Information Management Professional (ARIM).

Kerry has extensive knowledge in the development of records management processes and procedures and has a thorough understanding of State and Federal record requirements.

Chris Grist

Solutions Architect

Chris has over 20 years’ experience in helping solve IT and business problems both in Australia and Europe. Chris has worked extensively in the South Australian market assisting both small and large organisations with their IT needs and was awarded the Microsoft MVP award 5 years running.

Jeanine Carruthers

QHSE Manager

Jeanine has been fortunate to have worked across a range of industries - mining, oil and gas, engineering, construction, defence, renewable energy, ports, ag, aged care and disability, manufacture and retail.

She has worked all over Australia, most recently in the Pilbara and also with the Institute of Mines (Quebec) and the University of Quebec.

Her interest is to help workplaces with their people-related issues. Companies with an infinite mindset and employees who buy into their vision will reap the benefits of a more productive, team orientated, safe, caring business and grow organically!
